Rates:
$195 per night for two people $215 per night for four people. Certain special events or Holidays may be higher. Prices do not include applicable taxes. A two-night minimum applies; three-night minimum stay may be required during certain holidays or special events.
Guest Policies:
The Knightly Rental is beautifully decorated with fine art and antiques. As such, it is not suitable for children. The Knightly Rental is pet-free and smoke-free. Because of the staircase, our handicap accessibility is limited. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. We have ONE parking space available, however, due to the grade here in Eureka Springs, a high clearance vehicle is recommended, please check with us if you have any questions.

Payment by major credit card only.
Deposit Requirements:
first night’s payment required at time of reservation, balance due at check-in

3pm, earlier by agreement

11am including parking
Cancellation policy:
Full refund if cancelled before 60 days of reservation. Between 60 and 15 days a $25. cancellation fee will apply. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
